  • This card is designed for ALL grease pumps to be used on industrial machinery.
  • Programmable with pulse counter feature with working time between 40-80 pulses and waiting period between 20-85 hours.
  • High pressure control feature.
  • Optional external alarm.
  • Besides motor failure and fuse break control, additional waiting, working and failure alert features.
  • Can also be mounted inside a panel.
  • The card resumes to operate at the position it was stopped after the electricity will be on again.

  • Working time between 2-30 minutes and waiting period between 10-120 minutes.
  • Flow control through pulse counter.
  • High pressure control feature.
  • Optional external alarm.
  • Besides motor failure and fuse break control, additional waiting, working and failure alert features.
  • Can also be mounted inside a panel.
  • The card resumes to operate at the position it was stopped after the electricity will be on again.

  • Working time and waiting period to be selected between 1-99 units and units can be assumed as hour, minute or second bases.
  • Flow control through pulse counter.
  • Lubricant level indicator and optional external alarm.
  • Besides motor failure and fuse break control, additional waiting, working and failure alert features.
  • Can also be mounted inside a panel.
  • The card resumes to operate at the position it was stopped after the electricity will be on again.

EK-10 ELECTRONIC CONTROL CARD

EK-10
  • This card is designed for ALL grease pumps to be used on industrial machinery.
  • After all greasing points have been lubricated once, the system will stop lubricating and will stand-by for a period which has been pre-selected for an interval between 2 and 32 hours and then will order the pump to continue on lubricating the system once more.
  • Flow control can be monitored trough pulse counter or perceiving high pressure.
  • Lubricant level indicator and optional external alarm.
  • Besides motor failure and fuse break control, additional waiting, working and failure alert features.
  • The card resumes to operate at the position it was stopped after the electricity will be on again.
